  2. We need more Seselwa with determination and conviction. It seems the momentum is growing. Only if Father RAM would listen to constructive criticism rather than throw his dummy in the corner. Seselwa Unite for the future progress of Seychelles. We have seen the beginning of the end of the one party state. The decision to move Zom Lib is a small victory in itself, but by no means the end of the struggle. Zak

  5. Mr Viral has become one of the symbol of resisitance against Pp abuses of power .He is a real example of Patriotism.I hope judges would show proffessionalism and that the civil justice system which one major role is to protect harm from occuring to indiviudals and compensate individuals when they are harmed.

Morevoer,it could be that criminal justice wouold need to intervene too,for there might be voilations synonym to crimes, thus the criminal justice have a duty to punish individuals who have commited crimes as Mr Viral case seems to demonstrate. An Artotrney who violated the fudiciary duty (owed to the donor) has commited one or more crimes .

The rally,is on the way if PP do not change itself rapidly, speditively, and for real.I donot see any reasons why Seychellois could stand up 45 years ago for their freedom against a powerful colonial master and not agisnt a gang of crooks to the like of under educated and monsterous Michel the butcher.Pp has paved the way for protest for Pp has been worse, burtal, abusive more than our colonail master .it is therefore, inevitable that they would stay silence forfever in the face of terrror and abuses.

  8. Bravo Viral!
You stand out amongst the thousands of Seychellois! Sadly many of them have been corrupted by money - roots of all evils, and now they are speechless and useless in the fight for their country.
Remember someone described the Seychelles Judiciary as 'A phone call from the President Office', it cannot be truer than that! So watch out for the biggest evil of them all - Francis McGregor the Chairman of the Appeal Court.

    1. Finally something is really hapenning.

The biggest fraud in this episode is Govinden who was obliged to properly advice the President on the constitutional validity of the POA. But since he drafted the Bill he had to hide the truth from the President.

Hope the President will see through Govinden and not appoint him as the next CJ. In fact Govinden should be removed from office for misleading the President and physically marched out of his office.

    2. Govinden is a third grade lawyer who no one will want to hire, only Pp loves those kind of individuals, for example look at the Police Commissioners such as Kilindo and now Quatre, they were not materials to be Chiefs of a Police organization. And when Pp has no more such fools, it prefers to appoint foreigners because they do their beadings to hold on their jobs just like the foreign judges we have today.

  11. The butcher appointed two of his illegal foriegn jduges, the same who covered up abuses as embers of Human rights commission---a farce and a window dressing for International viewers.
Indepednet it must be Michel thus chosen by civil society not appointment of the chief-of abuser who is Michel himself.

That's how a dictatorship function. The dictator dictates,he is above the law and the personification of the law,In other word he feels he has devine power to control, decide, act in our names.

A Human Rights Commission must be a body of independent experts and amde up of Nationls not foriegners who are illegally controling our institutions and who all have ties and asoociated with Pp's egregious Human Rights abuses. After all, that the purpose of pp illegally recruiting foreigners to control our institutions to help pp abuse them without impunity.
A body created by Presidentail decree is not grounded in law.It can be dissolved at any time by the President. There is no place to prevent the governemnt from restricting/influencing the Commission's activities. There are no legal safeguards to protect the Commission's integrity and independency.
It is a big joke indeed,to see the CHIEF--Of--Human Rights-ABUSER Michel finger-picking foreigners and collaborators to watch thier own criminal activites. It is as if YOu ask PABLO ESCOBAR to put an ANTI_DRUG SQUAD in Place to fight him and eliminate him.ONly Donkeys like Michel think that is right. That is why we mst eleiminate those pp beasts soon, and they will be eleiminated if they make the mistake not to change.

PERRA shouls leave our land,he has terminated his GOP contract and should leave as the law stipualted not made Seychellois.

    1. Perera is known to have got rid of competent professionals who oppose the shoddy work he is doing and spinning it longer than the mandate given to him so that he gets paid.

It is also common knowledge that he illegally altered a court record when he was a judge. Why was no action taken against him?

  15. There is a placard in the above picture which says "Down with all Parasites". Very funny indeed, all "Parasites" are now on Eden Island, creating their own republic.

  16. There's another placard that says: "We will not give up" which is not unlike the slogan:
"Nou pa pou zanmen les tombe!"

Once in power (by the use of force), these criminals forget where they came from!
