Halifax soldier died from asphyxiation

An off-duty naval officer with HMCS Toronto whose body was found Thursday in his hotel room during a port visit in the Seychelles died of asphyxiation, officials say.
Navy Lt. Andrew F. Webster, who was based out of CFB Halifax, was on shore leave when he was found dead at 12:15 p.m. in Victoria, the capital of the Seychelles, a 115-island country in the Indian Ocean.
Investigators have determined the cause of death, but the circumstances are still unknown.
Asked whether foul play is suspected, police spokesman Jean Toussain told the Chronicle-Herald: "Up to this point, no, we don't think so."
"I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to Lt. Webster's family, friends and colleagues," Defence Minister Rob Nicholson said in a statement. "The loss of any member of the Canadian Armed Forces is tragic and affects each and every one of us on the defence team."

  2. If it is asphyxiation without natural causes, it is murder! Morgan and his Police Commissioner Quatre should know that!
Everyone knows why Quatre stayed with the Police force for 47 years! He is a 'do nothing' idiot who does not ruffle feathers, and Morgan loves those kind of 'see nothing' 'say nothing' and 'hear nothing'. A medal for being a supporter of PP would be more appropriate, don't you think so Joel?

What kind of Police force is operating in the Seychelles?
How can they rule out foul play when the homicide is still under investigation and as the report says, "the circumstances are still unknown"
